Audit and Risk Committee External Member
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified and experienced persons to join the Royal Botanic Gardens Board Audit and Risk Committee as an external member.
The Royal Botanic Gardens Board (the Board) Audit and Risk Committee is responsible for the independent oversight and monitoring of performance, risk and internal controls relating to the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria's (RBGV's) financial management, regulatory compliance, reputation, and the management of safety, culture and environment.
The Audit and Risk Committee is currently comprised of the four Board members and one external member position (currently vacant and to be filled via this expression of interest).
The appointment of an external member will be made by the Board for a three-year term.
